A Bit About Lauren
Lauren Herford brings a heart for helping people and a passion for creating a positive, organized, and supportive experience to the Lone Star Legal team. With a background in healing and wellness, as well as several customer service roles, Lauren has spent much of her career supporting people through challenging seasons of life. Her experience working with clients navigating chronic pain, illness, and injuries has given her a deep appreciation for meeting people with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Lauren believes that helping someone move forward—whether on a healing journey or in the pursuit of justice—is meaningful work.
Lauren has lived in communities across Texas after spending her early childhood in California. Outside of work, her husband, son Liam, and three dogs are the center of her world. Her family loves spending time outdoors, and she especially enjoys watching Liam play baseball and cheering him on from the stands.
Lauren also has a natural love for organization and creating systems that help things run smoothly. She values a healthy, collaborative workplace where team members support one another and believes that a strong team ultimately leads to a better experience for the people they serve.
