Receptionist Position
Let’s Be Honest About What This Job Is
This is a place where:
- The work is hard and the stakes are real;
- You will be expected to figure things out, ask for help when you need it, and grow fast;
- Mistakes happen. What matters is that you own them, learn, and don’t repeat them;
- Everyone pitches in, even when it isn’t technically your job (yes, pick up the trash when you see it);
- The pace is fast, the team is small, and your effort (or lack of it) is visible.
If that sounds like exactly where you’d thrive, you might be who we’re looking for.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who:
- Shows up: early when needed, late when needed, present always;
- Sweats the details: but doesn’t let perfection block progress;
- Asks questions: and isn’t too proud to be corrected;
- Actually learns from mistakes: not just acknowledges them;
- Speaks up: brings ideas, then respects the decision once it’s made (even if it’s not the one you proposed);
- Adapts: new systems, new challenges, without drama;
- Cares about clients: genuinely, not just professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of the firm, greeting and communicating with clients when they enter our doors.
- Direct calls to other team members.
- Perform new client intakes and other administrative tasks.
- Work alongside the rest of the team to help the firm prosper and secure justice for our clients.
- Contribute your ideas, your energy, and your character to what we’re building.
