The Rise Of The Phoenix: Re-opening Of A Law Firm

Dear Friends:

It was July 23, 2012, when I wrote a very different letter to my friends about the closing of a law firm in Houston, Texas. That firm had been my vision and my dream for years, and it was devastated by two tragic events. You can read more about this in my recent book, WORTH DYING FOR, at Lonestar Legal.

However, this is a different day!

Through renewed personal faith in our Almighty God, His renewal of my strength and will, and with the love, support, and encouragement of our family and close friends, The Kelly Law Firm has, like the fabled phoenix, been reborn – this time as a partnership.

As difficult as it was to write that letter eleven years ago, it is with overwhelming joy that I write this one today. Robbye and I understand the absolute privilege it is to be entrusted to carry the mantle of justice for those of you who have allowed us to do so.

Effective immediately, we will be representing personal injury clients under our new firm: The Kelly Law Firm, P.C. dba Lone Star Legal, and will be taking on seriously injured victims of truck crashes, DWI crashes, sexual assault, traumatic brain injury and other serious injury and death cases– as we have been doing for decades.
